Liebherr Delivers First LTM 1400-6.1 to Australia – Everwilling Group Takes Delivery of Global Market's Most Powerful 6-Axle Mobile Crane

**LIEBHERR, Germany / NEW SOUTH WALES, Australia** — Liebherr has delivered the first LTM 1400-6.1 mobile crane to the Australian market. The 450-tonne crane, the world's most powerful six-axle mobile crane, has been acquired by family-owned Everwilling Group, based in New South Wales.

The new crane replaces Everwilling's LTM 1300-6.1, delivered in 2009, which accumulated over 25,000 operating hours. The older crane will be traded back to Liebherr, refurbished, and reintroduced to the market.

Everwilling Group, founded in 1982 by Gordon Henderson, operates a fleet of 25 cranes, 14 of which are Liebherr units. The company employs approximately 90 people and serves major infrastructure and industrial projects across New South Wales.

"A few years ago, we identified the need to replace our LTM 1300-6.1 with a crane that is equally compact on site and on the road, while offering significantly higher lifting capacity," said Steve Allen, General Manager of Everwilling Group.

The LTM 1400-6.1 brings a 50% capacity increase over its predecessor while retaining the six-axle configuration that ensures mobility and compact site footprint. Key applications include steel and precast concrete installation, data centre construction, maintenance work, and heavy-lift operations.

"We see the LTM 1400-6.1 as the optimal combination of performance and efficiency," Allen added. "We were particularly impressed by its high mobility, short setup times, and advanced safety and control systems."

The delivery underscores growing demand for heavy-lift solutions in Australia's infrastructure sector and reinforces Liebherr's position in the Asia-Pacific mobile crane market.
